A Message to the Church of Scientology

Hello, leaders of Scientology. We are Anonymous.

Over the years, we have been watching you. Your campaigns of misinformation, your suppression of dissent, your litigious nature, all of these things have caught our eye. With the leakage of your latest propaganda video into mainstream circulation, the extent of your malign influence over those who have come to trust you as leaders has been made clear to us. Anonymous has therefore decided that your organization should be destroyed. For the good of your followers, for the good of mankind everywhere. You will find no recourse in attack, because for each of us that falls, ten more will take his/her place.

We are cognizant of the many who may decry our methods as parallel to those of the Church of Scientology. Those who espouse the obvious truth that your organization will use the actions of Anonymous as an example of the persecution of which you have for so long warned your followers. This is acceptable to Anonymous. In fact, it is encouraged. We are your SPs.

Over time, as we begin to merge our pulse with that of your Church, the suppression of your followers will become increasingly difficult to maintain. Believers will become aware that salvation needn’t come at the expense of their livelihood. They will become aware that the stress and the frustration that they feel is not due to us, but a source much closer to them. Yes, we are SPs. But the sum of suppression we could ever muster is eclipsed by that of your own RTC.

Knowledge is free.

We are Legion.

A Message to the Members of the Church

This war is not aimed against thought or freedom; our quarrel is not against your will or your livelihood or your own path to enlightenment. We have no problem with your faith, no matter how foreign it may seem to anonymous.

We share a common enemy: those who would pervert and corrupt; those who would suppress and deceive.

You define an SP as a person who possesses a distinct set of characteristics and mental attitudes that cause him to suppress other people in his vicinity. This is the person whose behavior is calculated to be disastrous.

Those who are gluttonous, torturous and tyrannical. Those who intimidate, deceive and incite fear. They are the Religious Technology Center; they are the Church Superiors. They are the true SPs. David Miscavige and his regime have created poison and sold it to you as its own cure.

They are your enemy, and they don’t care about your path.

They have hijacked you. They will never let you cross the bridge for they have taken it for themselves. There is nothing for you. They distorted history to feed you lies and have tried to keep you from the truth.

If you truly want to give others the knowledge you now possess, then why do your leaders refuse to let you speak, be heard, or listen? Why does the practice of fair game exist, even though it is ‘officially’ not endorsed (yet still openly practiced on SPs)?

Do not let them close your eyes.

Practice Scientology how you want to follow it. Spread the gospel without the corrupt church. Like the fall of the Roman Catholic empire, you may liberate dianetics from those who wish to use it for harm, as well as for their own good.

Knowledge is free. Anonymous is not your enemy. We do not forgive, we do not forget, we are you. We are everyone. We are legion.

You have already joined us..

You doubt us and deny us. For this you cannot be blamed. The only ones who can be blamed are your leaders, your Superiors, your Sea Organization, your David Miscavige. They have taken you in and made their own truths. For this also you can not be blamed; they are skilled in deception, and your decisions lie in no faults of your own. We do not hate you. Everything that we do is out of our interest for you. Your leaders would have you call us Suppressive Persons. For this you can not be blamed; we do after all oppose them, and they will stop at nothing to crush us.

But we are not afraid. We will not stand down and allow you to be persecuted.

What we say is hard to accept; for this, you can not be blamed. Your church has over and over again instilled in you complete loyalty to them. We do not expect you to listen. Not yet; it would be too much to ask of you. All we ask you to do is to Think.

Think Freely. Practice Freely. Believe what you wish.

We are Friends. We are Comrades.
