I was on the ABN lookup site that you got linked to and i found in the Church of Scientology's ABN description and as they are classified as an "Other Unincorporated Entity" the description for that states that "the members will normally be free to join or leave the association". i loled obviously scientology is not exactly meeting their agreement.
