Hi SA Anons,
There is a project called Operation Safezone - a plan to gather intel on Scilon buildings, especially those that house RPF units, and compare them with the applicable building codes, fire codes, and other regulations. Where there is evidence of violations or safety issues, this evidence will be passed on to the appropriate authorities. This will be a long-term project running quietly in the background. Calling all Aussie anons with expertise in building, construction, law, bureaucracy, etc as well as anyone who can help with info gathering and analysis. The more eyes on this the better. Former Scientologists can provide great assistance to this project.
There is a thread on Enturbulation and a private wiki set up, if there is interest, Australian ops can be included.

Doesn't sydney have an RPF?
Anyone know if there's an RPF in SA?
How would we find out? :)

We should focus on digging up info on the SA org's relations with Scientology UK. I don't think there is RPF running in SA though. FOI the council and other public records about their operations, they have done it to us its only fair to give it back. :)

I've heard of an RPF in Sydney, not sure about elsewhere. Do you know if there are any Sea Org in SA, or if people get sent to Sydney?
Even if there is no Sea Org/RPF - if they have staff, buildings etc they must comply with all relevant employee laws, occupational health and safety regulations, building codes etc.
By the way, is there a law that applies in SA about use of lie detectors on employees? If so, sec-checks may be illegal.

Righto. RPFs exist wherever there is a Sea Org. The Australian Sea Org is in Sydney. Here is the information I have regarding this, from an Ex.
The RPF in Australia is at AOSH ANZO in Sydney. In fact, it's the oldest of the Advanced Organizations.

Anywhere there's a Sea Org base, you will have an RPF. For example, in EU, the RPF would be at AOSH EU.
Australia was one of the first if not THE first to ban Scientology altogether. Perhaps they will realize that they had origianlly made the right decision and do it again!
Also, the tax issue and charity status would definitely be worth focusing on, however, I am not an accountant, so I have nfi how to go about looking into it.

Do anon have contact with a south australian ex-sci member?
They may be able to give some detail on sa org building and ops.

hi,
it is good to find you guys here in Adelaide. I actually read a graffiti on the back of a toilet door at uni that said anonsa.org and so checked it out (I already knew about anon becoming involved in the war against the CO$). I have been involved in this scene for about 5yrs. Although I have never been on staff in the Adelaide church I do know of many who have been declared suppressive, some from the adelaide org, I would very much like to meet with others and share stories. I have studied the church history quite alot, although the full story is anyone's guess, I do have some knowledge on this subject. and importantly I have a personally experienced viewpoint in regards to scientology not just a purely intellectual one.
The initial banning of scientology can be read about in more detail in the anderson report, the omar garrission account of it is very non biast and reviews both sides quite well. it is worth the read, if one intends on an erudite opinion of the matter. There is a copy of both of those in the barr smith library or if anyone wants e-format data PM me.
IMO the actual achilles heel of the COS is in their illegal use of copyrights which contradicts the religious freedom laws, i would like to expand on this topic in a subsequent post, and at a more reasonable hour.

A somewhat unorthadox method of finding us, but then again, anonymous is unorthadox.
I was only saying last night “we need more 'original guard' people”, info from/about LOCAL declared supressives etc. and you come post this :D
if you'd like to chat with us, I'd reccomend jumping on irc (try using the java IRC client on this site if you are unfamiliar with IRC, and the rest of us can give you a hand getting a client), probably after 5, that way any OSA people have to actually engage with anonymous if they want to eavesdropp :).
We would be very interested in hearing your experiences and knowledge.
A good time to meet us would be at our next protest in august. I believe word going around is that it's the 16th, but it's not 'announced' yet.
Heck if you like, you can make a speech, just make yourself known to people there.
