Thought I'd bring this to your attention, although it's kind of a 'nothing story.  CoS Australia has spent $7m on a new location in Ascot Vale, Victoria:

"It was really people in the US. They wanted us to look around and find a building that could be considered suitable."

So…does this mean that the US offices are pushing for new buildings overseas to cover for the fall in recruits?

I promise I'll visit more

There seems to be a lot of buying up of property around the world, lately. Most recently a huge block/building combo in Hannover, Germany. They might be aquiring assets in case things go south.
