Basically, the CoS is not allowed to store your data.

Brisbane has a lawfag who has commented in that thread. Quoting for great justice:

'Before they'll take your complaint, though, you need to write to the
Co$, telling them that they've violated your privacy, and give them a
month to respond. If you get no response, you can then write to the OPC
and ask them to investigate. Warning: You need to make a complaint within 12 months of becoming aware that your information was used this way.'

Well, this does sound very interesting, I'll get on it.. As they did obtain the majority of my information through means I am not totally sure of (only my name and number, and a post office box address were released to the public as part of these activities)
