AnonVocis and I have been a pair of busy bees in the effort to recruit new members to the hive. In a series of stealth night operations, we ninja’d flyers onto notice boards, toilet cubicles, and pillars, at Flinders University. We used only the most gold flyers hand-picked for their superior informativeness, and 50% of the flyers were the ‘Anonymous Wants You’ August 16 protest invites.

I have a dream, an epic dream in which every usable surface in each university in the city proclaims the request of Uncle Anonymous. We planned to move on to Adelaide Uni before week’s end, however due to commitments to my Nazi PSYCHOLOGY coursework will be unable to spare the time.

Looks like Sceintology are running Operation Anti-Poster-Plaster… An email from a student official from Flinders Uni:

To whom is may concern,

My name is ***** ***** and I am a student representative at Flinders
University. I am sending this email to inform you that several scientology
students have removed your posters from around our campus advertising your
protest planned for Adelaide on August 16th.

I thought I would inform you so you have the opportunity to replace them.

The suspicious sudden disppearance of posters in certain areas has not gone unnoticed by us & we have been replacing them relentlessly. Taking them down is just an exercise in futility by them because we have lots of paper & free printing.

It's scary to think that members of my fellow Flinders peers have crossed to the dark side. They probably won't be enrolled for too long before rising brainwashing fees force them into full-time slavery at the Adelaide org. Their poor families.

I've instructed my brother (who currently lives up in the Adelaide Hills) to do a drop in the hills. He's arranged for some fliers to appear in the Stirling Coventry Library; if there's any locals amongst us, or if you're ever in the area go check it out!

RE: POSTERS INSTALLED AT FLINDERS UNI

Dear Anon

You have recently installed protest posters on campus for the up and coming Scientology protest.

Please note that to install posters on this campus you need permission from either myself, in the case of installing on poster poles and notice boards and or security.

We are a non-profit entity resulting from the introduction of VSU legislation and as such afford cleaning up after other organisations who  who install posters on campus without worrying about the removal of paint from walls, the cost of removal and more importantly putting posters over student information, student protests, club information etc.

You may not be aware of this and I understand your right to protest, however, if you have approached me prior to installing these communication messages I would have instructed you as to where your communication message could have been installed without removal.

Lastly, as the former Union, we embrace the ethics of student rights and free speech and would like to have our editor of our student publication contact you for an article if you wish.
